JOOZEO’s coal-based activated carbon is produced from premium low-ash coal through activation and refinement. With a well-developed pore structure and a specific surface area of 600-900 m²/g, its iodine value reaches 600-900%, offering strong adsorption capacity for low-polarity gas molecules. It is ideal for purifying gases, including organic and toxic gases, and plays a key role in air purification by separating and purifying gases. Common applications include pretreatment of gases in nitrogen generators and oxygen removal from inert gases like carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. It effectively eliminates impurities such as oil residues from raw gases.

2. Coconut Shell Activated Carbon

JOOZEO’s coconut shell activated carbon is made from clean coconut shells through crushing, carbonization, activation, and refinement processes. It features a highly developed pore structure, fast adsorption speed, a specific surface area of up to 900 m²/g, and an iodine value as high as 950%. It boasts high strength, low moisture, low ash content, excellent abrasion resistance, and washability. This product is widely used for advanced purification in petrochemical and power plant water treatment, drinking water dechlorination, artificial mineral water purification, industrial gas-phase adsorption, flue gas desulfurization, gas separation, impurity removal, and deodorization. It is also suitable for food fermentation and preservation, electroplating wastewater treatment, catalyst carriers, refining oil purification, and protective materials in gas masks.

3. Activated Carbon for VOC Treatment

JOOZEO’s activated carbon for VOC removal is made from high-quality TaiXi coal, wood chips, and shells through processes including crushing, carbonization, activation, and refinement. With a specific surface area of 600-1000 m²/g and an iodine value of 600-1000%, it offers a well-developed pore structure, balanced pore distribution, strong adsorption capacity, uniform particle size, and high wear resistance. This product effectively adsorbs chemical raw gases, synthetic gases, pharmaceutical industry gases, volatile hydrocarbons, and their derivatives. It is highly efficient in treating VOCs such as hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, amines, and organic acids.
