JOOZEO’s 13X Molecular Sieve (JZ-ZMS9), also known as sodium X-type molecular sieve, features a crystalline pore size of approximately 9Å (0.9 nm). Compared to A-type molecular sieves, the 13X sieve offers larger pore size and pore volume, resulting in significantly higher adsorption capacity. With a static water adsorption capacity reaching up to 26% and static CO2 adsorption of 17.5%, this molecular sieve performs exceptionally well in drying, purification, and desulfurization applications.
Widely used in air separation units, the 13X molecular sieve is highly efficient in gas purification, especially in removing moisture, CO2, and hydrocarbons. Its superior adsorption properties ensure high-purity gas generation by enhancing air quality throughout the separation process. Additionally, in the processing of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and liquid alkanes (such as liquefied propane and butane), this molecular sieve effectively removes moisture and sulfur compounds. These capabilities not only extend the operational life of downstream equipment but also improve the safety and stability of the entire production process. For deep drying of general gases (such as compressed air and inert gases), the 13X molecular sieve reliably reduces trace moisture to extremely low levels. In ammonia synthesis gas treatment, the 13X molecular sieve ensures gas purity by efficiently removing moisture and impurities, enhancing ammonia synthesis efficiency. Moreover, it is applicable for the desulfurization and deodorization of aerosol propellants and is utilized in the CO2 removal process in petroleum cracking gas.
Thanks to its stable performance and outstanding results across diverse applications, JOOZEO’s 13X Molecular Sieve continually provides reliable gas purification solutions, meeting the demands of modern industrial users within the adsorbent industry.
